We remove graffiti carefully; to prevent it coming back, a special anti-graffiti coating can be applied.

Steam cleaning suits light soiling such as moss, algae and ivy: water at up to 100 °C at a suitable pressure. For stubborn dirt or paint residue, low-pressure vortex blasting works better. We only use cleaning agents when the surface allows it.
